JSS Search have partnered with an ambitious and high-impact organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager. This role will take responsibility for all corporate spend, along with other marketing and generalist categories.
This role will support the business's long-term strategic procurement programme with a focus on driving sustainable value and embedding social responsibility into the supply chain.
The Opportunity
The successful postholder will lead sourcing initiatives from end to end, acting as a key advisor to stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and help deliver measurable outcomes aligned with ESG and Social Value goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end procurement activity across Corporate Services categories.
* Design and deliver category strategies and run full RFP processes.
* Negotiate and draft contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
* Build effective and influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Embed sustainability and social value principles into the procurement lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with internal procurement governance and standards.
* Manage vendor performance and ensure ongoing value delivery.
Desirable Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in indirect procurement or category management.
* Strong expertise in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
* Familiarity with Corporate Services categories and related procurement challenges.
* Experience embedding sustainable and responsible procurement practices.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects.
