We have an opportunity for a Independent Living Assistant Co-Ordinator to join us, working over our Levenmouth Hub which covers developments Carlow Court, Anderson Court, The Knowe and Braehead Gardens. Hours : 17.5 per week, over 4 days on a 3 week rota which will include weekends. Role Requirements As part of our local hub team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across our developments. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Independent Living Co-ordinator (ILC) to deliver a high-quality independent living service for tenants across all services within the local hub. Your responsibilities will include: • Help tenants sustain their tenancy through effective support • Promote financial wellbeing and assist with benefit claims • Improve tenant wellbeing and including personal safety • Connect tenants with local communities • Foster a positive living environment • Manage property and tenancy matters in line with agreements • Assist with meal service delivery where required If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and want to be part of a team that values respect, independence, and community — Bield is the place for you.
