The Learning Support Team at Chadsgrove SEND Services for your School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated specialist teacher.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and innovative team. All specialist teachers share a passion for raising standards and increasing opportunities for children and young people that are supported in mainstream schools.
Ideal candidates will be able to communicate and work effectively in partnership with mainstream schools offering specialist assessments and advice to support their pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
Specialist teachers are expected to work with a wide range of professionals offering: specialist assessments (including dyslexia diagnosis), advice, and training to enable pupils to gain full access to the curriculum.
Applicants will need to have qualified teacher status and hold a postgraduate qualification in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) as well as hold current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) registration.
