We are looking to hire an experienced and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant, to join our top performing, vertical market driven, IT Recruitment division.
This role will give the right person the opportunity to help further grow Damia Groups Vertical Market strategy covering the generation of new Contract & Permanent business across the UK and build a team to support the growth of our customer base.
We have a 30 year history of supplying candidates into the Government and Defense sectors, most carrying an active SC / DV / eDV Clearance, so your experience could be to support this area, or to build your own sector based on your own experience.

We will help you:
· Develop your core IT Contract & Permanent recruitment business across the IT Sector
· Develop your end-to-end 360 recruitment experience
· Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates
· Take clients through the Damia Group Client Journey
· Developing your vertical market and becoming the “go to” person for that vertical
· Expect to contribute in the overall Damia Group company strategy
· Help you build your team to support your growth
