Adam Outreach Project Ltd is a rapidly growing, Lowestoft-based non-profit Christian charity that provides a wide range of services and accommodation to individuals experiencing homelessness.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our office. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, support managers and the senior manager, and liaise with professionals, businesses, and partner charities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining office systems and processes
* Handling invoices and ensuring timely payments
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for the team
* Providing general administrative and clerical support
* Ensuring a professional, pleasant, and efficient office environment
Qualifications & Skills
* GCSEs in Maths and English (A–C) essential
* Previous office/administrative experience required (minimum 2 year)
* Customer service/office work experience (minimum 2 years)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (essential)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in typing and using office software/tools
* Full UK Driving Licence required
