1. Position: Customer Service Advisor
2. Salary: £35,000
3. Location: Arundel, must drives with own vehicle due to location
4. Hours: Monday to Thursday (in the office) 8am to 4:30pm & Fridays (from home) 8:30am to 11:30am

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing company near Arundel. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, supporting account reconciliations, and forecasting deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in German is highly desirable and would be a valuable asset to the team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
6. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
7. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
8. Reconciling customer accounts
9. Forecasting and scheduling customer deliveries
10. Maintaining the CRM system and logging customer communications
Requirements:
11. Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Support
12. Fluency in English and proficiency in German is desirable
13. Experience with order processing, delivery forecasting, and account reconciliation
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
