About The Role
At EKFB, we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our four partners—Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM—bring expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including a major high-speed rail project in Europe.
We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Greatworth to Southam area. The role involves working independently and leading a small team of commercial staff, managing both routine and one-off tasks aligned with project deadlines as directed by the senior commercial team. Responsibilities include preparing and agreeing variation accounts, monitoring costs and contract progress, and providing contractual advice to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also handle change control procedures, prepare interim and final valuations, and manage subcontractor payments and final accounts. Negotiating dispute resolutions and identifying commercial risks are also key aspects of this role.
