About the Role

Obelisk House provides exceptional levels of support in residential and dementia care. It is located in a residential suburb in Northampton and offers residents a high quality of life in a comfortable, home‑like environment.

We are currently recruiting Care Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. The position includes part‑time or full‑time hours (29.25, 33 or 37 hours per week) and alternate weekend working.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers with personal care, washing and dressing.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and daily living skills.
• Promoting nutrition, hydration and wellbeing.
• Assisting with medication and manual handling.
• Taking part in arts, crafts and engaging activities.
• Building positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting concerns appropriately.
• Creating a warm, safe and supportive environment where customers feel truly noticed.

• The ability to work days and some weekends.

Experience in care is desirable, but full training and support will be provided.

Working conditions

All roles include alternate weekend working.
