Implementation Analyst - ICT and Digital Services Based : Hybrid working – initially during probationary period you will be required to work 3 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with 2 days working from home. Following the 6-month probationary period this will then change to an average of 2 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with an average of 3 days working from home. Hours: 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm to be agreed with line manager. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage data migration, user training, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance tenant services.
