Overview

If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding customer expectations, winning new business, and maintaining strong client relationships, this could be the role for you!

We are looking for an exceptional individual with solid experience in freight and warehousing, a can-do attitude, and top-tier time management skills. The ideal candidate will thrive on being out on the road securing new business, while also supporting the retention and growth of our warehousing and freight customer base.

Applicants should not shy away from hard work, must possess outstanding communication skills, have a great sense of humour, and demonstrate excellent personal presentation.

* Previous freight and warehousing experience – essential for this role.


Responsibilities

* Driving business growth through the acquisition and retention of freight and warehousing customers.
* Reporting on customer activity and managing key accounts.
* Handling enquiries across multiple channels – phone, email, and in person.
* Understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
* Preparing quotes, onboarding new customers, and managing smooth implementations.
* Navigating internal systems to support daily sales and customer service activities.
