Trading focus: ETFs and futures (immediate priority), plus equity strategies and options coming soon.
Must have:
* Proven HFT experience (prop trading preferred, hedge fund welcome)
* Buy-side background with hands-on P&L responsibility
* Desk/book management experience
* Execution-focused and adaptable
