I'm currently looking for a Client Administrator to join a independent financial advisory firm based in Clevedon! The firm are seeking two talented individuals with experience in IFA administration who live local to the area.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
2. Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
3. Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
4. Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
5. Raise invoices where required
6. Database management
