Job Overview
1. Responsible for up to 26 High Street Retail Stores for all FM Hard Services
2. The Proactive ownership of the client CAFM System and the quality and the delivery of PPMs and Reactive Works within the retail outlets you control.
3. Analysis of Client CAFM data looking at outstanding work orders and management of these working with Help Desk and Planners.
4. The management of the Customer Relationship across all stores under your geographical area of management
5. Analysing KPI data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities on all works
6. Carry out Audits and engaging / developing customer relationships with Management team and area Managers with a requirement of visiting all stores within 8-week period.
7. Attend Client Meetings documenting and explaining performance and compliance targets.
Main Duties
8. Health & Safety Compliance & Quality Assurance Management – Site Audits, Compliance Reviews, assist in any Investigations with internal and external QHSE and follow up on EHS audit findings relating to FM.
9. Leadership & Management –Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities at all times, excellent organisation, time management, procedure and process management.
10. Identification of improvements and efficiencies on plant and equipment and help build the life cycle assets.
11. Ensure proactive management and drive to reduce reactive work orders with high levels of First Time Fix and ensuring a strong partnership exists with the Help Desk.
12. Management of Supply Chain – Proactively manage Self-Deliver Team and Subcontractors and there performance working with supply chain management.
13. Monitoring all contract budgets, focus on meeting budget and controlling and approving costs through the quotes team and directly dealing with the client expectations and monitor KPI for turnaround.
14. Have a good understanding of the P&L utilising reports and efficient team management.
15. Excellent Customer Relationship – Develop strong relationships with all of your stores ensuring escalations reach you first, develop trust and high levels of communication at all times.
16. Planning – Support the Helpdesk Agents in ensuring that the monthly PPM plans are accurate and maximised for excellent utilisation of the engineers and support any escalations.
17. To be flexible and undertake other duties to accommodate operational requirements.
18. Attend FM Handover to sign off and manage new equipment and manage the asset register.
19. Working closely with SME's on Lifecycle across all service lines on building the Budgets

21. Able to demonstrate experience in FM industries.
