This is a newly created role. You will work with various stakeholders to understand their needs and define solutions, ensuring that all architecture is developed in line with our strategic direction. You will understand business goals, objectives and outcomes and ensure their importance in solution architecture. You will provide leadership, analysis and design tasks relevant to supporting the development of our technology solutions, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. You will define and deliver integrated solutions that contribute to the development and implementation of the business IT plans in line with our overall strategy.
You’ll be based at our Finham site in Coventry. You’ll work within our dedicated Planning & Architecture team of around 20 people. This is a full-time role: 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

What We’re Looking For
Demonstrable experience operating as an architect with expertise in Software Development. Experience in delivering across various delivery methodologies, including an Agile/SAFe environment. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD, and experience with full-stack applications. In addition to skills and experience, we value character, positivity and a caring attitude.
