Supported Living Service Manager
Location: Coventry
Responsible to: Senior Service Manager
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
On-Call payment: £100 per week you are on-call (approximately 1 in 3 weeks)
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are now looking for a Service Manager to join and lead our friendly and supportive team across our Coventry region.
Main Purpose of the Role:
* To ensure service delivery to service users is person-centred, safe and compliant with both CQC and the policies set by Individual Care Services
* To lead and supervise a group of Support Workers within the specified area and be responsible for a group of allocated service users.
* To ensure your team provide and maintain the highest levels of care in line with the Company's vision, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, implement and review client care and support plans and ensure all associated documentation is completed in a timely manner.
* Undertake Support Worker supervisions, including write-up of notes.
* Undertake observations of Support Workers work performance, including write-up of notes.
* Complete new starter inductions and monitor to sign-off.
* Hold regular team meetings including preparation of meeting notes and actions.
* Hold, or participate in, meetings with service users, their families / representatives, relevant professionals etc.
* Undertake regular audits of the service.
* Prepare a 4-week rota, ensuring appropriate cover is maintained according to agreed levels of support.
* Post holders may be required to work on shift when necessary.
* Participate in the on-call rota (which will include some evenings and weekends).
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's People Management experience (essential)
* Experience in the care sector is advantageous but not essential (must have a willingness to learn care)
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (this role will require you to hold Business Insurance)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Social Care (completed or willingness to work towards)
* Good level of English
* Excellent communication skills
