1-1 Learning Support Assistant – Andover
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference? We are looking for a Full-time LSA to join a friendly and dynamic primary school team in Andover, starting this September 2025 to support a non-verbal male student in Year 2.
Pay: £13.75 an hour.
This role would be for the whole academic year (Sept 2025 – July 2026)
We’re Looking For:
* A caring individual who is supportive and patient.
* Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience as a non-verbal specialist is highly desirable.
Requirements:
* An enhanced child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
* Two contact references from most recent employers.
* An up to date CV outlining career history from education.
* Up to date CPD safeguarding training or willing to complete this.
