Are you a skilled estimator, looking to join a truly unique, market-leading & highly specialised metalworks firm? What we're looking for is a candidate with
* Experience within metalwork and/or construction - architectural fabrications is highly desirable
* Proficient in Estimating with subcontractors
* Sound knowledge of JCT & NEC and contract handling, CDM regulations & building regulations
* Good understanding of Risk Management
* Literature in architectural and technical drawings
* CAD knowledge is highly advantageous
* A self-motivated and skilled communicator, with a strong analytical mind
Your roles and responsibilities
* Prepare and submit client quotations
* Examine supplier quotes and determine their feasibility
* Support project planning by ensuring requirements are communicated at the beginning of projects
* Effectively manage client and customer relationships
