A vibrant, Manchester-centric planning consultancy, Euan Kellie Property Solutions, is seeking passionate individuals to join their team at the Senior Planner or Associate Director level. They are also open to applications from those at Director level. The Role
You will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from early-stage concept to completion. Working closely with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure the planning process is streamlined, effective, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage planning projects, often complex in nature, ensuring timely delivery to high standards.
* Provide expert advice on planning policies, strategies, and processes.
* Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and related documentation.
* Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Lead business development, contributing to proposals and presentations.
