You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, gaining exposure to a varied mix of family law matters, including:
9. Non-molestation and domestic abuse injunctions
10. Private children matters (Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps, Specific Issue)
11. Legal aid work, including CCMS applications
You'll also:
12. Provide high-quality, empathetic client care
13. Draft legal documents including applications, statements, and bundles
14. Attend client meetings and liaise with counsel and third parties
15. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team
About you:
16. Qualified Solicitor/CILEX/Lawyer (England & Wales) with 1+ years' PQE
17. Experience in family law (legal aid experience essential)
18. Strong communication and client care skills
19. Organised, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
20. A team player with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable clients
