– Part Time Office Administrator / Client Services Executive
We are recruiting on a sole agency basis for a highly organised Part Time Office Administrator / Client Service Executive to support a busy and growing organisation.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll provide essential support across client services, sales support, finance administration, project coordination, and marketing activity.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a professional client experience.
Duties will include:
1. Act as a first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
2. Manage and prioritise client requests
3. Coordinate communication between clients and internal staff
4. Provide administrative support to the senior management team
5. Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, Excel and accounting software
6. Manage office supplies and support internal operations
7. Issue invoices and track payments
8. Prepare and send contracts via DocuSign
9. Support onboarding of new clients
10. Update website and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube)
11. Prepare and send marketing campaigns via CRM system
12. Assist with content creation including video and digital assets
13. Support supplier coordination and general business operations
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
14. Driver with own vehicle due to rural office workplace location.
15. Great phone manner and strong previous admin / office experience
16. Good computer skills (particularly Excel)
17. Confident using modern technology
18. Experience of using CRM systems is desirable
