Multilingual Motor Claims Handler – Fluent in French, German or Spanish

Are you an experienced Motor Claims Handler fluent not only in English but also in either French, German, or Spanish? Do you have a strong background in cradle-to-grave claims handling and ideally experience with Bordereau?
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in a remote capacity, with only occasional visits to the office for training or team meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your language skills and insurance expertise in a flexible, supportive, and ever evolving environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Handle motor insurance claims from first notification through to final settlement
* Communicate confidently and fluently with colleagues and stakeholders in English and French, German, or Spanish
* Manage claims in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate resolution
* Maintain and update bordereaux reports (preferred but not essential)
* Deliver empathetic and professional service throughout the claims process
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in cradle-to-grave motor claims handling
* Fluency in English and either French, German, or Spanish (spoken and written)
* Ideally, experience with Bordereau
* Strong attention to detail and case management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the wider team
