Based at our Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre, you will support the Revenue, Reservations & Events Manager across a few properties within the group. This role is very hands-on and will require you to deal with all types of enquiries. You will be assisting our clients with individual and group bedroom bookings and also handling meetings and events bookings from initial enquiry to final details. Revenue/sales hungry and target driven individual, who is looking to make a real difference to our hotels. Attention to detail, by ensuring that each function sheet for our conference and events has all the relevant details included in order to deliver a seamless experience. Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, able to build strong rapport with guests and managers, and able to motivate your team Excellent communication skills; good organisational and administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
