A global asset manager is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support its growing private markets funds business. The role will focus on Luxembourg-based structures across infrastructure, private credit and venture capital, with strong exposure to fund launches, governance and strategic projects. You will be joining the team in this newly created role as a second to the head of team and working with high level of responsbility. Key responsibilities: Providing legal support on the setup and ongoing management of private market funds and investment structures Assisting with new product launches across multiple asset classes Preparing and negotiating fund documentation and agreements with third-party providers Tracking regulatory changes and advising on implications for the business Supporting governance processes and advising internal stakeholders and boards Overseeing use of external counsel and contributing to risk management About you: UK Qualified lawyer with 3 - 6 years' experience in private funds within asset management or financial services Familiar with Luxembourg structures and relevant regulatory frameworks For a confidential discussion, please apply or contact Stephanie Bruckl at stephaniebruckl@hydrogengroup.com
