Sales Administrator
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its vibrant team.

* £24,000 - £27,000 salary (DOE)
* Based in Leatherhead
* Monday – Friday, 8:30pm – 5:30pm
* Free parking
* 20 days holidays + bank holidays
* Company Pension
Job specification:
* Collect quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications.
* Provide quotes from available stock or source materials that meet company standards.
* Maintain and update customer opportunities within Salesforce.
* Report to the Sales Director.
* Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies.
* Adhere to established parts traceability requirements.
* Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
* Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
* Travel may be required as needed.
Person specification:.
* Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
* Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers..
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other related software.
* Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
