Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for an Account Director interested in multichannel medical communications that are clinically relevant, drive behavior change, and improve patient outcomes across various therapy areas. The agency works on bespoke pharmaceutical medical communications campaigns, collaborating with major pharmaceutical and biotech clients. It offers a friendly, collaborative environment, values its employees, promotes internally, and offers flexible WFH options. Please note, you must be able to attend the office at least 2 days a week.
Your role as Account Director includes:
* Confidently explaining communication strategies and budgets to clients.
* Designing and implementing pharmaceutical marketing and medical education campaigns, managing your team to deliver on time and within budget.
* Developing revenue-generating ideas and understanding client planning processes.
* Working with briefs and understanding brand strategies for prescription drugs.
Qualifications and experience:
* At least 4-5 years (or more) experience in medcomms within an agency setting is essential. You could be an experienced Account Director seeking a new challenge or a senior Account Manager ready to advance.
* Willingness to work in the office in Buckinghamshire a couple of times weekly.
* Passion for digital communications and medicine.
* A scientific background, such as a life science degree, is essential.
