What you'll be doing:
• Managing statutory audits for multiple entities and liaising with external auditors
• Preparing statutory accounts and tax packs for advisors
• Overseeing VAT returns, PSA submissions, and tax compliance
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and supporting IFRS compliance
• Managing intercompany balances, reconciliations, and payments
• Providing information for group reporting and external requirements
• Supporting ad hoc projects, including M&A and European finance initiatives
