Executive Chef

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
DP World is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Stanford-le-Hope site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, develop, and deliver innovative menus while maintaining consistently high standards of cooking and presentation
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance are delivered at all times
* Lead, manage, and inspire a kitchen team to perform at their best
* Drive client participation, facilitate client meetings, tastings, and showcases
* Manage costs, grow sales, and deliver GP in line with budget expectations
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or above
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Commercially focused with experience in driving sales and GP
* Confident, professional, and a natural people person
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Full driving licence required
