Senior Conveyancer
Our client based in St Neots are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm. (Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role).
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
* Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
* Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
* Preparing and checking documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
* Handling all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
* Providing a consistent high level of customer service to clients
* Complying with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
Qualifications
* A minimum 5+ years conveyancing case handling experience
* A methodical approach to work
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for property
* Professionalism
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Problem-solving, research, and negotiation skills
Salary depending on experience from £60,000 - £75,000, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
