We are working with an amazing British School in Kuwait that are looking for a number of EYFS Teachers to join them in September!
Requirements:
1. Must be trained in the UK Education System
2. Excellent communication skills in English
3. At least 3-5 years experience in teaching in a British Curriculum School
4. BA Degree in Education or equivalent
5. QTS or equivalent
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
6. Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate student centred and active learning, in a culture of high aspirations.
7. Teach according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students.
8. Plan and implement effective classroom management practices, design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible / independent learners.
9. Prepare classroom for class activities & conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
10. Maintain a teacher file to include lesson planning, student attainment outcomes and other information as required by line manager/ policies and procedures.
11. Develop plans for learning (long, medium and short) including lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with our policy and procedures.
12. Instruct and monitor students in the use of a range of learning materials and equipment.
13. Create and maintain a safe learning environment, with strict compliance to the our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policies and procedures.
