If youre an SEN Teacher who wants to make consistent impact and build strong relationships with pupils who learn best through structure and patience, were looking for teachers like you. We support several schools across Coventry & Warwickshire who have full time SEN teaching opportunities starting over the coming weeks and into January 2026.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver adapted lessons for pupils with a range of SEN needs.
* Use visuals, modelling, repetition, and clear routines to support understanding.
* Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure consistent communication and support.
* Create a structured, calm classroom environment where pupils feel safe.
* Support emotional regulation using low arousal, relationship based approaches.
* Track progress and contribute to reviews and EHCP updates.
* Communicate clearly with families and the wider team.
Requirements
* QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Recent experience teaching pupils with SEN in any school setting.
* Confidence adapting lessons for different learning levels and communication profiles.
* Patience, resilience, and a reflective approach to behaviour support.
* Full time availability.
