We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Support Engineer to join our growing team and support the installation of VOIP Telephone Systems and Managed IT Services for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical technical work, follows instructions accurately, and can operate independently in live environments. What Youll Be Doing Acting as smart hands on customer sites to assist our in-house technical engineers Supporting the installation and configuration of VOIP systems Delivering customer training on new systems and equipment Helping with basic IT tasks, hardware setups, and troubleshooting Travelling to customer locations as required (full driving licence essential) Working closely with senior engineers to learn best practices and technical processes Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally Update job documentation via an app and our in-house CRM What Were Looking For A full UK driving licence must be 21yrs and over due to Insurance stipulations Basic IT skills and confidence using computers A genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work safely on customer sites What We Offer Full training and ongoing development A clear progression path to become a fully qualified Technical Engineer Hands-on experience with modern telecoms and IT systems Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow your skills Competitive salary and benefits package This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real technical expertise while working in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
