We offer the unique opportunity to rotate through 3 departments within our Finance organization during a 2 year program, gaining a broad understanding of how our Finance teams work together to support our business while exploring potential future career paths. The program is structured as three, 8-month rotations. The RDP program offers the opportunity to explore careers paths and gain a broad view of the CNH Industrial Finance organization: Corporate Accounting, Commercial Control, Industrial Control and Financial Planning & Analysis are just a few examples of the options for rotations. Employees will receive valuable training on key programs, systems, and skills, as well as coaching and mentoring from CNH Industrial leaders that will help them grow and develop as they explore career options within the CNH Industrial Finance organization. Each rotation helps s building a strong foundation of skills including financial analysis, accounting, problem solving, project management, and process improvements. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support key tasks and projects within each Finance department you are assigned to, including financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting. Examples include: Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations Assist with financial statement analysis Tracing and monitoring cost, Revenues and margins analysis Create and analyze reports Prepare presentations as needed Investigate and help resolve accounting and reporting issues Support special projects and critical initiatives related to topics such as sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions, including special projects with other members of the RDP team. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies. Working on projects involving large amounts of data Working with Excel and Access YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Degree must be completed prior to start of program) The ideal candidate will have: PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g.Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; any other European language is a plus Working experience on projects involving large amounts of data is an advantage Prior internship or other work experience in Accounting and/or Finance is a plus At the end of the program, the candidate who will join the Rotational Development Program will: Get a working experience in a matrix organization and in a multicultural environment Get a wide understanding of the finance activities and of the functioning mechanism of a large complex global company leading its markets Learn about advanced tools systems and analytics Develop the ability to bring value and deal with complex matters Get exposed to senior manager levels WHAT WE OFFER YOU: The selected candidate will join CNH Industrial with an initial internship that could be converted in different typologies of contract during the 2year program Completed the 3 assignments, the candidate could have the opportunity to be hired within Finance Department, according to existing open positions and competencies developed.
