1. Position: Sales Administrator
2. Salary: £25,ooo
3. Location: Heathfield
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)

Are you highly organised and a whizz at multi-tasking under pressure? My client has an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Administrator to join its sales and customer services team.
Job duties for the Sales Administrator include:
6. Processing sales and purchase orders
7. Liaising with sales, warehouse and technical teams
8. Arranging shipping quotes for UK, Europe and Worldwide
9. Producing delivery notes and invoices
10. Process returns for customers/suppliers.
11. Provide customer service support to clients and suppliers
Skills and experience required for Sales Administrator include:
12. Able to work under pressure and to prioritise work load
13. Experience in Administration and Customer Service in an office environment
14. Ability to commute to the office in Heathfield on a daily basis
15. Must be dog friendly
