Allerton Bishop is delighted to be partnering with a global FMCG manufacturing organisation to search for a Customer Collaboration Lead.
This is a highly visible position sitting at the intersection of Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP and Commercial Operations, responsible for developing strategic relationships with key customer accounts and driving service excellence across complex UK supply chain.
The successful candidate will act as the primary link between the customer and internal supply chain functions, ensuring exceptional service levels, improved forecast accuracy, enhanced collaboration and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead customer collaboration activities across demand planning, supply planning and customer service.
* Develop and manage strategic customer relationships to improve service levels and operational performance.
* Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory management and supply chain visibility.
* Represent customer requirements within S&OP and operational planning processes.
* Lead service review meetings, KPI analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with Planning, Customer Service, Commercial and Operations teams.
* Support implementation of best practice supply chain processes including EDI, VMI and customer collaboration programmes.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally whilst representing the business externally.
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with professionals currently operating within roles such as:
* Degree educated or apprenticeship in Supply Chain / Logistics
* Experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Consumer Goods or Global Manufacturing.
* Strong customer-facing supply chain experience.
* Understanding of demand planning, inventory management and supply planning processes.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive performance improvements.
* Experience working with SAP and advanced Excel preferred.
