Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.

* Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
* Coordinate kitchen activities, including food production, cooking, and serving to guarantee timely delivery of meals.
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
* Implement training programs for staff on culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance, assisting in budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
Experience
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
* Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating effective team management skills.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
* Background in hotel or barista services would be advantageous but not mandatory.
