Overview
Venue Manager
£30-£35K depending on experience
Ideally, required for an April 2026 start date, a dynamic and entrepreneurial Venue Manager, reporting directly to The Board. We are looking for someone to inspire our dedicated staff, volunteers and enthusiastic stakeholders and develop our offer of music, theatre, cinema, art and dance. You will work daytime, evening and weekends in this onsite position, which requires a hands-on person, willing to lead and work alongside our team of staff and volunteers. The position would suit an emerging arts leader or a more experienced arts manager looking for a leadership project to be passionate about, with the opportunity to develop the role. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with experience in technical theatre such as lighting and/or sound or events management. This is an exciting position, in an area of natural beauty with an established audience, and a broad demographic of stakeholders, which offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised individual.
