The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in a practice where you’ll be given quality work, autonomy, and the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including:
1. Acquisitions and disposals
2. Refinancing transactions
3. Development and option agreements
4. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation
5. Advising a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates
6. Working closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
7. A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with experience in handling a broad range of commercial property matters
8. Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate support
9. Commercially astute, client-focused, and able to build strong relationships
10. A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
