Social Worker – Assessment & CIN/CP Team – Ipswich, £35-38 per hour. What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments under sections 17 and 47 to understand the needs and risks for children and families.
* Develop and manage plans for children in need and those under child protection, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver holistic care plans.
* Visit families and attend meetings in the office 3 days a week to maintain strong communication and support plans.
* Provide expert advice and support to families, helping them navigate complex situations.
