Job Description:

Conference & Events Office Manager (MICE focus), £30,000 – £34,000. On property based role. Car parking available onsite. 37.5 hours per week.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Office Manager for a client based in the East Midlands area. This role requires the manager to lead the team and ensure the office is performing to best-in-class levels. In addition, a key goal of this role is to achieve venue budgets by conversion of inbound enquires, maintaining and growing existing assigned client accounts through account management, along with ensuring that client requirements are met and exceeded.

Effective communication at all levels is key to achieving success, especially when collaborating with the Operations function. Join us in delivering excellence in hospitality and event management.

We are looking for a candidate who is very MICE focused and has a passion for sales conversations, team engagement and client interaction.
