Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in London for an Junior IT Business Analyst / Project Coordinator. The person will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, developing business processes, and aligning them with appropriate IT solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and ensuring that IT systems meet company objectives. Additionally, the role involves driving improvements in business processes and ensuring efficient technology integration to enhance company operations.

Role Purpose:This hybrid role combinesjunior‑level business analysiswithproject coordination support, providing hands‑on exposure to bothrequirements analysisandproject delivery.

The role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is analytical, organised, and keen to develop skills acrossIT systems, business processes, and project management. Working closely with senior analysts and project managers, the role supports the successful delivery of IT and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Support

* Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
* Support analysis of current (“as‑is”) and future (“to‑be”) processes
* Help translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and process flows
* Maintain requirement logs and traceability documentation
* Support validation of requirements with stakeholders

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

* Maintain project documentation, trackers, and RAID logs
* Schedule meetings, workshops, and project ceremonies
* Capture and distribute meeting notes, actions, and decisions
* Support preparation of project status reports and dashboards

Planning, Tracking & Governance

* Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones
* Support tracking of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Help prepare materials for project and governance meetings
* Ensure documentation follows agreed standards and templates

Testing & Implementation Support

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
* Help coordinate test cycles and track defects/issues
* Assist with go‑live readiness activities
* Support post‑implementation reviews and lessons learned

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

* Act as a point of contact for routine queries from project team members
* Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Escalate risks, issues, or unclear requirements to senior team members
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Good analytical and problem‑solving ability
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes
* Familiarity with project or analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project)
* Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
* Basic data analysis or reporting experience

Experience & Qualifications

* 0–2 years’ experience in a business support, IT support, project admin, or coordination role
* OR relevant internship, placement, apprenticeship, or graduate experience
* Degree or qualification in Business, IT, Data, Management, or related field
* Working towards (or interest in) one of the following:
