Overview
We have an exciting Digital Services team opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to work collaboratively across the Trust and wider NHS Wales, on the implementation of a new Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) system. An ambitious digital strategy underpins this, which will revolutionise the way we deliver services — from co-producing innovative technologies and digital inclusion to embedding data and insight into our everyday operations. The team delivers new digital solutions and excellent everyday digital service to improve services and outcomes. The ePMA project will modernise and transform our current paper-based prescribing and medicines administration process across the Trust. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale complex digital projects, preferably within a health and social care environment.

* Supervise project team staff and coordinate with other project managers to produce plans, documentation and guidance.
* Support the Digital Programme Team in continually developing project management methodologies; monitor budgets and ensure alignment with approved expenditure or business cases.
