A small, dynamic corporate communications team working on a series of projects over the coming months. To support delivery, they are seeking a
part-time
individual who is proactive, discreet, and highly organised. You will be working from their London office, within a shared space, and will be required, on occasion, to visit offsite locations within London.
The Role
This role will provide essential administrative and project support to the team. The successful candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative support, including mailings, post management, ordering supplies, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and meeting coordination and set-up.
* Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Reviewing, updating, and maintaining contact databases.
* Reconciling archive databases (with occasional off-site visits).
* Providing administrative support to two executive assistants, on an ad hoc basis.
* Supporting the organisation and execution of events, from planning and preparation, through to on-the-day support and follow up.
* Handling sensitive information with complete discretion.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous administrative or office support experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* High degree of discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Great problem-solving abilities in the event of administrative issues.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
* Good academic qualifications.
* This is a temporary, part-time role (anticipated 6–8 months).
* Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday and Tuesday (subject to change on occasion, with notice)
