Job Description
* Design, implement, and maintain validation processes and systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet industrial standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues regarding validation processes.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
* Ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory standards.
* Prepare and maintain documentation relating to validation activities.
* Provide training and guidance to junior team members on validation procedures.
* Continuously seek improvements in validation processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Validation Engineer should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of validation principles and industrial / manufacturing processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
