Implementation Consultant, London
A leading provider of legal software solutions is looking to hire an implementation consultant in London. The main purpose of this role is to gather requirements and build end-to-end solutions for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing integration processes and regularly reviewing documentation.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
* Running customer meetings and workshops.
* Setting up the technical components of appliances and API integrations.
* Building solutions using HighQ collaborate.
* Working closely with the product, support and customer success teams providing a value-add service to customers.
* Managing relationships with stakeholders
* Gathering requirements and mapping customer needs.
Main experience and skills required:
* Network firewalls and proxy servers.
* Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
* Microsoft Azure.
* SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
* Implementation experience with HighQ or other legal software.
* APIs
To be successful in this role you need to possess strong communication and relationship building skills. You also need strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn and work with new software.
