In this role, your tasks will include supporting the 0‑Infants team by undertaking comprehensive assessments, working collaboratively to safeguard children, and focusing on their well‑being and development. What you will do
* Conduct pre‑birth assessments and child protection conferences.
* Manage complex Child in Need cases and support PLO/Pre‑proceedings.
* Develop quality court statements and assessments.
* Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
* Build trusted relationships with children and families.
* Work with families to empower and encourage them.
* Be transparent and objective in decision‑making.
