The Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Membership Advisor to drive our club's success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in growing our membership base and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Sales Effort: Drive new membership sales and retention strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Customer Service & Member Satisfaction: Ensure all members receive outstanding service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our team to deliver excellence in all areas of the business.
* Social Media & Marketing: Lead and execute our local social media strategy to engage the community and attract new members.
* Innovation: Be proactive in suggesting and implementing new ideas, approaches, and improvements for club operations and member engagement.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the club to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Desirable Qualifications
* Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification (or equivalent recognized fitness certification).
* Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a sales-focused or leadership role, preferably within the fitness or leisure industry.
