We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected FM business, known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term client partnerships. As Property Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between the business and its property portfolio clients – ensuring smooth service delivery across planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset management.
Role Overview:

Oversee a portfolio of commercial and public sector properties, ensuring delivery of Hard FM services.
*
Manage client relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
*
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and statutory requirements.
*
Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
*
Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, finance, and operational delivery.
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a similar role within Hard FM / Property / Estates Management.
*
Strong knowledge of building services, compliance, and maintenance best practice.
*
Excellent relationship management, reporting, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively.
*
IWFM Level 4+ or relevant FM qualification (desirable but not essential).
