Our client is a proudly independent, long-established business who work with some of the country’s largest retailers. They’re now looking for an Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in their next phase of growth. This is a crucial position within the business where you’ll work with their key retailer accounts, nurture and build great relationships, and help ensure the brand continues to thrive and grow.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of key accounts, delivering excellent service, clear communication, and a genuinely positive customer experience.
* Building relationships with key retailers, an working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure collections land with the right partners on time and to brief.
* Deeply understanding the ranges, what makes them special, and how they sit within the wider gifting market - feeding back insights to the design team to help keep the offer relevant and exciting.
* Providing clear forecasts, account updates, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
* Keeping a close eye on trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within gifting, and sharing insights that keep the brand one step ahead.
You’ll bring:
* Proven Account Management experience within gifting or a closely related B2B sector.
* Experience managing key accounts would be a benefit.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully.
* A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in consumer products and retail.
* And finally… a great sense of humour. This is a team that works hard, loves what they do, and doesn’t take itself too seriously.
