About the Role: As the Store Manager at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to achieve business goals. Understanding customer needs and fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. Implementing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets. Monitoring inventory, managing budgets, and optimising store performance. Driving team training and development to enhance skills and service quality. What Were Looking For: A proven leader with experience in retail management. A strong team player who enjoys fostering collaboration and growth within the team. A proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and delivers effective solutions. Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.
