We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual for the role of Care Home Administrator. Your main focus will be supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing data collection for invoicing purposes.
2. Following up on overdue payments and reporting concerns to Head Office.
3. Completing weekly/monthly payroll information.
4. Providing clerical support to the General Manager and staff.
5. Coordinating staff recruitment and onboarding.

Ideal candidate requirements:
* Minimum three years of business administration experience.
* Confidence in computer skills.
* Effective interpersonal and professional telephone skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Ability to build good relationships with staff.
